To view your order, you need to click MY ACCOUNT to enter your personal homepage. Then click Orders to view your order.
If you want to return an item, contact our Customer Service at service@penntexindus.com first. If your return is accepted, follow the instructions in our RETURN & EXCHANGE page.
We offer two delivery methods: Standard delivery and Express delivery. Both methods will deliver your order within 15 business days. Standard delivery normally can take 3-12 business days. And Express delivery normally can take 1-5 business days.
