Is air fresheners safe to be used around children and pets?
Yes, when used as directed, the air freshener can be used around children and pets (except birds). However, this product should not be used directly on pets.
How long does it take for the fragrance to be used up?
Usually, the air fresheners last for 2-6 months. And shelf life is one year if the air fresheners are unopened and stored in a dry, cool place and out of direct sunlight.
Do I need the AC or heat on for a vent air freshener to work?
All vent air freshener products work better when airflow is moving over the product. Generally speaking, the warmer the air and higher the flow, the stronger the scent release.
Do vent products fit in all car vents?
Our products are made with pliable plastic and vent clips that fit into most car vents. Press firmly, but do not force onto vent louvers.

Can I wash the headrest pillow?
Some headrest pillows are washable and others are not. Please refer to products’ description. Please note that cores are not washable, as water may cause damage to their performance.
