How do I return?

To return your order, you need to contact our Customer Service at service@penntexindus.com first. If your return is approved, you need to return the product in its original packaging to the following address:

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 business days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition.
  • In the original packaging.
  • For Air Freshener, unused and essential oils are in their original amount.
  • For Car Ornament, no wear and tear, scratches or missing accessories.
  • For Headrest Pillow, no wear and tear, scratches or stains.

Are there any charges for return?

  • All customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We will not charge you any restocking fee.

What happens next?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be received within 1-2 business days, depending on your payment method. If overdue, please contact our Customer Service at service@penntexindus.com.

Refund

We have a 30 business day return policy, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return or refund a damaged or issued item, you need to provide us with your unboxing video and product photos. After we inspect, we will refund you the payment of the missing part or reship you a new product. And we will afford the reshipping fee.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded for the purchase amount. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order canceling

Cancellations are not permitted for any order after 30 minutes of placing an order to Penntexindus.com. The reason for this policy is that orders placed will be processed within 30 minutes and orders that have been processed cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile and expenses are incurred by our business as part of the production process.

If you successfully cancel your order within 30 minutes after placing your order, we will refund you within 1-2 business days.
