Domestic shipping

We currently only offer shipping to the Continental United States. Because of COVID, we can not guarantee the shipping time of your order. In order not to reduce the overall quality of service, the temporary closure of international services, and subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website.

Order processing time

Your order will only be processed during business days (Monday to Friday). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that all confirmed orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Therefore, all confirmed orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday of the following week. The same applies to holidays.

If you found that we didn’t process your order over 10 business days, you can contact our customer service at service@penntexindus.com. We will refund you or arrange to ship your order and offer you a $5 coupon, at your discretion.

Shipping method

USPS First Class Package: Free shipping for orders over $39.99(included). Postage is $4.99 for less than $39.99. Shipping time is 2-5 working days.

If you didn’t receive your order in 60 natural days, you can contact our customer service at service@penntexindus.com. We will refund you or reship your order, at your discretion.

Taxes

Since we only offer shipping to the Continental United States, there are no duties. Customers need to pay the Sales Taxes. Please note that we do not afford any taxes.

Lost package

We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two business days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within thirty business days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.

Shipping rules & restrictions

Penntexindus will not be held responsible for any goods’ loss or damage after the courier has delivered and received by the recipient at the intended address.

It is customer’s duty to make sure that all details (address) are correct and complete. Penntexindus is not responsible for any delay from the courier caused by the above reason, no recipient at the intended address, or when the recipient refuses to accept the package.

It is customer’s duty to cover any additional shipping fee for the returned package due to customer’s mistakes. Moreover, Penntexindus guarantees that we will meet our obligation of free shipping for any shipping mistakes that come from Penntexindus’s side.

When you choose to refuse the delivery, you are bound to pay all the shipping charges in order to return the goods to us.
